This was Mackintosh's unsuccessful entry in the 1892 competition for the Soane Medallion, a student prize awarded annually by the Royal Institute of British Architects. It shows the influence of his study trip to Italy in the late spring and early summer of 1891.

Authorship: The design was published under Mackintosh's name in 1892.

Status: Unbuilt
