This project is known only from a brief reference to it by W. S. Moyes, draughtsman with Honeyman, Keppie & Mackintosh c. 1898–1907, in a letter written to Thomas Howarth in 1947. Describing the influence of historic Scottish architecture on Mackintosh, Moyes recalled that 'in a small building at St. Fillan's Perthshire he designed a crow stepped gable'. 1 The building has not been traced.
Authorship: Moyes attributed the work to Mackintosh.
