29 Tite Street was designed by the architect Edward William Godwin and illustrated in the British Architect in May 1880. 1 Mackintosh made a series of survey drawings of it in a sketchbook, which suggest he proposed making a new bathroom and kitchen and installing a new flight of stairs. The client for these alterations is not known, and it is uncertain if any building work was carried out. The house had been demolished by the 1980s. 2
