This project is known only from Honeyman, Keppie & Mackintosh's brief job-book entry, which gives a few slight clues to its appearance: the foundations required excavation, and the structure incorporated two seats and a bronze plaque. The memorial itself has not been located, and may not survive.

Authorship: The job-book entry is written entirely in Mackintosh's hand and he may have been responsible for the design, but with no visual evidence it is impossible to be sure.
